My Thoughts, Solicited: April 2016 Solicitations

This ain’t no April fools! The hiatus is over and MTS is back. April is bringing some great funny comics (tee hee) and others where the stakes are high and any screw up will cause very bad things to happen. New comics are also starting up with hopes of long runs to come and great stories to be written, so check out what’s just a taste of April’s offerings.

  April showers may bring May flowers, but it also brings comic books, too! Get ready for another alien encountering story with UFOlogy starting from Boom! Convergence roaring into gear, and Marvel setting everything up for Secret Wars next month with the final issues of Avengers and New Avengers and many more tying in! Pick a company, any company, and you’ll be hard pressed to not find something exciting or grand going on.

The Comic Bubble: Reviewing AVENGERS vs X-MEN

Welcome to The Comic Bubble! A weekly column where comics will be reviewed upon, giving you an insight whether to pick it up or leave it be on the racks. To start things off, I’ll go back and finish looking at the Marvel mega-event of 2012: Avengers vs. X-Men. Punches were thrown. Heroes took sides. Things went KABOOM! BAM! POW! Let the dice roll.   WARNING! SPOILERS ABOUND! Avengers vs X-Men finished up it’s incredible fight with October’s #12. Last time I reviewed just a few issues of Avengers vs X-Men. Things happened and the rest of the series wasn’t reviewed. Fear not (It’s OK, I know you’re not), so what happened since the last review? Well, let’s find out.
