I continue my coverage of The Walking Dead Season 4 with my recap of Episode 10, Claimed! As with every recap, you can expect me to add my own blend of comedy to an otherwise dark episode. In Claimed we learn that Twinkies aren’t the food-stuff capable of surviving the Apocalypse, Michonne gets a rough reminder that playtime is over, Rick is left Home Alone and has to do his best Sam Fisher impression meanwhile Sergeant Abraham Mustache try to co-exist and Eugene shows up just how he’s managed to survive so long… Oh, and spoilers! I made sure to turn my dryer off this time!

I continue my coverage of The Walking Dead Season 4 with my recap of Episode 10, Inmates! As with every recap, you can expect me to add my own blend of comedy to an otherwise dramatic episode. In Inmates we check-in with The Walking Dead characters who aren’t name Rick, Carl, and Michonne. We’re treated to Beth miraculously learning to speak, Tyreese moonlighting as a babysitter, and we see the return of a couple of familiar faces and even some new mustachioed ones. And for those super fans who couldn’t wait to see Tara again, you’re in luck! Lilly fans were not so lucky….
The Walking Dead Season 4 is back and my weekly recaps are back with it! As with every recap, you can except me to add my own blend of comedy to an otherwise dramatic (or at least attempting to be dramatic) episode. In “After” we learn definitively if The Governor will be back and continue to menace, Carl and Michonne face off to see who is the better (or worse) drama queen, and very importantly we learn the valuable lesson that it’s not a good idea to abscond on a hunt for chocolate pudding!
If you recall from Seasons 2 and 3 of The Walking Dead, I’ve been writing weekly recaps for each episode. Well, I decided to change things up for season 4. This is my first attempt at doing a video recap so bear with me as I get the hang of it. Without further adieu, please check out my recap of 30 Days Without an Accident and let me know what you think.
Pardon me while I pick my jaw off of the floor, but Season 4 of The Walking Dead looks incredible! Following Season 3, Robert Kirkman had mentioned that Season 4 would be more in line with what readers of the comic have been wanting from the series and if the trailer is any indication, it’ll be just that.
Spoiler Alert! Just as I predicted, Allen died. On a more important note, if you don’t want to know the fate of the important characters then I strongly suggest you watch “Welcome to the Tombs” before reading this. You’ve been warned.
Spoiler Alert! Allen’s son Ben gets shot and nobody really noticed or cared. On a more important note, this recap contains heavy spoilers. Point being, if you don‘t want your precious Walking Dead experience spoiled then I strongly suggest you watch “This Sorrowful Life” before reading this. You’ve been warned.
Spoiler Alert! Rick is in this episode for all of 5 minutes, if that. On a serious note, this recap contains heavy spoilers. Point being, if you don‘t want your precious Walking Dead experience spoiled then I strongly suggest you watch “Prey” before reading this. You’ve been warned. I don’t like this. I don’t like this at all. Three episodes now. It’s been three episodes in a row that I’ve felt bad for Andrea and I don’t like it one bit. Prior to season 3, the first time I felt anything but contempt for Andrea was during the season finale where she fought tooth and nail to survive. Albeit with a little help from Michonne but it was still an endeavor worthy of respect. Prey certainly has shades of Beside the Dying Fire and that’s what made it such a fantastic episode. On top of my reluctant Andrea admiration, I gained a new respect for Milton. It seems like it was just the previous episode that I had labeled Milton as “meek”, but in Prey he definitely grew a pair and stood up to The Governor. Tyreese also showed that despite his propensity for mediating conflict, he’s no push over.
