Season 4 of Game of Thrones is still nearly two months away, thankfully the old gods and the new have kindly granted us a nearly 15 minute long teaser of what’s to come. If you’ve read the books you know the “Purple Wedding” is sure to satisfy! If you haven’t read the books, I envy you, because you’ll get to experience everything form the latter half of A Storm of Swords for the first time!

It goes without saying that I’ve been less than kind to X-Men: Days of Future Past. I’ve mocked Storm‘s costume, laughed at the PEZ dispensers looking Sentinels, and even criticized Bryan Singer’s return to the franchise in general. And while I still standby my criticisms, X-Men: Days of Future Past looks as though it has the potential to be more than the sum of its parts. But don’t take my word for it…
Pardon me while I pick my jaw off of the floor, but Season 4 of The Walking Dead looks incredible! I admittedly was only moderately excited for GTA V until I watched this trailer. Oddly enough it’s not all that exciting of a trailer, instead it felt more like a documentary with its straight forward narration. In spite of that, GTA V actually looks damn exciting and it’s clear that Rockstar learned from the short comings of GTA IV.
After the fall of THQ, there was some trepidation concerning the future of South Park: The Stick of Truth. THQ couldn’t pay their bills so their titles were sold to the highest bidder. I’m absolutely thankful that South Park was able to survive THQ’s financial woes because The Stick of Truth looks damn good.
Running off the combined success of Back to Karkand, Close Quarters and Armored Kill, DICE is looking to shake things up again with the newest multiplayer expansion pack, Aftermath. Not much has been known about this expansion, other than the setting taking place after a devastating earthquake. A new trailer was released this morning with further, but still vague, details on the gameplay, as well as added content. Some of the content hinted at includes; new vehicles, game mode, achievements, assignments, 4 new maps, post-earthquake environments, and a flipping crossbow. That’s right, Battlefield has officially gone Black Ops on us!
